The staff are great. There is a varied menu and the food was always banging (amazing). Room service is efficient and was so handy to have available while I was stuck in an all day meeting. I forget the name of the chap on the bar near the sports room, but he's a top man! The level of English is varied but it doesn't deter staff from trying their best to help you. Hopefully next time my Spanish will be more than saying I can't speak Spanish :D I would like to say that the casino is quite varied and I was really happy to see actual card tables and not those boring ePOS machines. The dealers are charismatic and entertaining.

We came to Tijuana for dental work and came across this hotel before coming. It was a good spot where there’s a grocery market nearby if you want snacks or food. The property has its own casino and restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are very nice. Shout out to Francisco the bartender. He’s a really friendly person to speak to. My Fiancés is starting to learn some Spanish words and would attempt to communicate with the staff.

Service was prompt and exceptionally good. The hotel is big and colorful and a delight for the eye. The food was well prepared and the dining environment was so comfortable one wants to linger for the extra cup of coffee (which was very good--a measure of the quality of an eating establishment). I expect I'll be back.
